What a treat!

First tried these as a very special treat last Christmas and instantly fell in love! It was a true "OMG this is amazing" moment. I follow a low sugar way of eating, so as a result most everything traditional and conventional is massively oversweet to me. These cinnamon rolls were perfect. Not too sweet, flaky, and ridiculously good when warmed up just a bit. Going to order a dozen this time to keep some on hand in the freezer for that random Sunday morning when a cinnamon roll with coffee sounds too good to pass up. Now to find some willpower...

Best Cinnamon rolls

Such a unique flavor and twist on the typical cinnamon roll dough. The special sourdough flavor of Thunderbird really shines through! It is probably one of the best cinnamon rolls I've had. My kids are always asking for 'that one cinnamon roll' 🤗 Thunderbird Bakery has raised the bar on cinnamon rolls!!

Description

Thunderbird's signature (and best-selling) cinnamon roll is made with their long-fermented sourdough pastry dough, Pine River Dairy Butter (Manitowoc, WI) that results in a flaky and delicious outside with a soft, sweet center. Big enough to share. Best served warm.
