Dripper (V60, Melitta, Chemex)

Brew Pot or Coffee Mug

400ml (2 cups) water
25g (2 tbsp) coffee beans

PREP

1. Heat water to 205° (30 sec off boil)

2. Grind 25g (2 tbsp) of coffee to medium

3. Set dripper on brew pot/mug (skip with Chemex) and place assembly on scale

4. Place filter in dripper and rinse with hot water (discard water after rinse)

5. Dump grounds into the filter and tare scale to set it at 0.0g

BREW

1. Start your timer as you begin to pour 75ml (~⅓ cup) of water over the grounds

2. Let sit for 1:00 to allow coffee to bloom

3. Pour the rest of the hot water in a slow circular motion, pausing if necessary to keep a consistent flow of water

4. Stop once you reach 400ml (timer should read between 3:00 and 4:00)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

*In place of a gooseneck kettle, a regular kettle will work, but can be difficult to pour

**If you don't have access to a scale use the provided tbsp/cup measurements for similar results
