French Press

880ml (3½ cups) water
55g (3½ tbsp) coffee beans

PREP

1. Heat water to 205° (30 sec off boil)

2. Grind 55g (3½ tbsp) of coffee to course

3. Rinse French Press with hot water to warm up glass (optional but recommended)

4. Place French Press on scale, dump grounds into the bottom of the press and tare to set it at 0.0g

BREW

1. Start your timer as you begin to pour 150ml (⅔ cup) of water over the grounds

2. Let sit for 1:00 to allow coffee to bloom. Then stir with wooden spoon

3. Pour the rest of the hot water into the press until you reach 880ml and let it steep until your timer reaches 4:00

4. Place the top on and press the grounds to the bottom. Pour and enjoy.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

*If you don't have access to a scale use the provided tbsp/cup measurements for similar results

**Use of a wooden spoon prevents risk of cracking glass
